Assembly Instructions

Install the Ball Pin & Knob:
- Pull out the ball pin to expand the frame, then insert it back.
- Attach the knob to secure the frame.

Attach the Front & Rear Stabilizers:
- Loosen the screws, align stabilizers, and tighten securely.

Install the Handlebar & Control Panel:
- Attach the handlebar using bolts and gaskets.
- Connect wires to the correct slots before securing the control panel.

Attach the Pedals:
- Left Pedal: Left-hand thread (tightens counterclockwise).
- Right Pedal: Right-hand thread (tightens clockwise).

Attach the Seat Cushion & Back Handlebar:
- Secure the seat cushion with the adjustment knob.
- Attach the back handlebar for support.
How to Use the X-Bike
1. Adjust Seat Height
- Loosen the seat adjustment knob.
- Set the seat to the desired height.
- Tighten the knob securely.
- Do not exceed the STOP marking on the seat post.
2. Adjust Resistance
- Turn the tension adjustment knob:
✔ Level 1: Lowest resistance (easy).
✔ Level 8: Highest resistance (challenging).
3. Start Your Workout
- Sit on the bike, place feet on pedals, and start pedaling.
- Track progress using the digital monitor.
- Adjust speed and resistance based on your fitness level.
4. Fold for Storage
- Pull out the ball pin, fold the bike, and insert the pin back.
